About Us

Fresh Start Communications (Fresh Start)
is Kim Norton’s newest project. It is the realisation of a dream some years in the making and the next milestone in a career spanning nearly 20 years.

At Fresh Start, we believe in the Golden Rule ‘do unto others as you would have them do unto you’. We champion proactive, two-way communication, collaborative planning and problem solving, and using plain English to explain it all.

Our success lies in helping our clients and partners develop and deliver clear and inclusive communication and engagement

strategies. We encourage and support
clients to be open and honest in how they communicate and interact with their stakeholders and communities, and help build community relationships based on trust and respect.

Quality is more than a passion, it is in
our blood.

Ours is a personal approach to engaging
with our clients, their stakeholders and communities - we believe in the combined power of consultation, communication
and cake.

We are a member of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2)
and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Through our diverse peer network we partner with some of the best in the business, whose values and principles we share.

With Fresh Start now a reality, Kim is back consulting her ‘bucket list’ in search of life’s next great opportunity.
